Broker review

The broker review queue, sorted and explained before the broker reads it

Sam reads everything waiting for the broker: marketing drafts for Fair Housing review, transaction folders before closing, and listings waiting to activate. It flags what needs a fix first and drafts the agenda. The broker reviews and decides. Sam never approves anything.

The problem

A broker of record for 22 agents finds reviews piling up in email, and finds a problem listing after it is live.

How the broker compliance review queue works

When the broker asks, Sam reads the queue: four marketing drafts waiting for Fair Housing review, two transaction folders waiting for broker review before closing, and three listings waiting to activate. It lists them in the order they arrived and flags what needs a fix.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Reads every item waiting for broker review across listings, marketing, and transactions
  • Flags what needs a fix first, and lists the rest in order
  • Checks each marketing draft for Fair Housing wording
  • Drafts the agenda and the reminders

Waits for your approval

  • Sending a reminder to an agent or vendor
  • Changing a deadline or a review assignment
  • Starting a new review on a listing
  • Any approval or rejection: the broker decides

Never does

  • Approve or reject an item on its own
  • Let an author approve their own draft
  • Claim your brokerage is compliant

Sending, spending and changing records wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.

For team leads and transaction coordinators

A team lead who reviews their agents' work gets the same queue for their team. A transaction coordinator sees the folders waiting on them, sorted by closing date, with the same flags.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sam approve anything?
No. Sam reads, sorts, flags, and drafts. The broker or a reviewer you name approves or rejects each item, and the person who wrote a draft can never approve it.
What goes into the queue?
Marketing drafts waiting for Fair Housing review, transaction folders waiting for broker review, and listing activations.
Can two people review the same item?
Yes. You can require a second reviewer on a folder or a form. Sam shows who has reviewed what, and a closing folder stays open until the required reviews are done.
Is this a compliance certification?
No. Omni keeps the queue, the flags, and the record of who decided what. It does not certify your brokerage or replace your broker's judgment. We do not claim certification or regulatory compliance.
