The team

Your AI employees in pharmaceutical

All seven have skills for pharmaceutical (available by request). Meet all seven.

Control

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Reads your calendar, orders and documents
  • Drafts reminders, outreach and supplier questions
  • Checks each draft against your checklist
  • Flags invoices that do not match what arrived

Waits for your approval

  • Sends a message or an email
  • Books or changes a consultation
  • Changes records, terms or status
  • Anything involving money, like invoices or payments

Is designed not to

  • Sign documents for you
  • Give medical advice or answer health questions
  • Decide what your rules allow
  • Message people who have opted out

Nothing here says any rule or regulation is met.

Questions

Questions pharmacies and distributors ask

Is this available today?

By request, case by case. There is no self-serve sign-up for pharmaceutical today, and the parts marked In design above are not built yet. Tell us what you need and we will say what could fit.

Would the AI send messages to patients on its own?

Not by default. Sending, booking changes and money wait for your approval, after a review. Every decision is logged.

Does it give medical advice or answer health questions?

No. It is not a clinical tool. It covers only booking, outreach, billing and documents.

Does this meet pharmacy rules and regulations?

We make no regulatory claim, and nothing here says a rule or regulation is met. Your advisors decide what your team may send, store and keep.

What happens to patient information?

We have not designed this yet, so we make no claim about it. We would work through it with you before any patient information is used.

Can it connect to my pharmacy or wholesaler system?

Not today. No pharmacy or wholesaler ordering system is connected, and we would scope that with you. The platform connects to Gmail, Google Calendar and Twilio, and imports spreadsheets.
