Omni Studio for auto and transport

Intake, dispatch and proof of work in one place

AI employees turn requests into jobs for shops, tow companies, and fleets. By default, you approve what goes out.

A person on our team answers.

Sample job

AI employee Hank

Operations and dispatch Waiting for you

Works in: Auto and transport
  1. Today
  2. You

A customer needs a tow to the shop. Who is closest?

  3. AI employee Hank is working on a task Operations and dispatch

AI employee Hank is waiting for you

    Step 5 of 5
  4. AI employee Hank, Operations and dispatch

    Approve dispatch and customer text

    Why
Truck 4 is free, has a flatbed and is closest to the pickup.
    If approved
Hank assigns Truck 4 and texts Alex the driver's first name. Both are logged.

Hi Alex, Northside Auto and Tow is sending a flatbed. Your driver, Marcus, will text you when he is close. Arrival times can change with traffic.

Nothing is sent until you approve.

How it works

  1. 01

We set up one job and connect your tools

On a 20 minute call, we pick the job that costs you the most time. We set it up with you, case by case, and bring in your records from a spreadsheet.

  2. 02

Your AI employees read records and prepare drafts

AI employee Mia texts back missed calls and drafts pick-up ready texts, AI employee Sam drafts the customer authorization for added work, and AI employee Reggie drafts service reminders. Each draft shows the source record and the proposed action.

  3. 03

You review and approve before anything goes out

You check each draft on your phone or desktop, edit a word if needed, and tap approve. Every decision is logged.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Reads intake, schedule, fleet, and work orders
  • Checks truck and driver availability, equipment, and location
  • Decodes a VIN and looks up recalls from NHTSA data
  • Drafts estimates, dispatch texts, and proof checklists

Waits for your approval

  • Sends a text or email to a customer or driver
  • Assigns a truck, or books or changes a bay
  • Sends or changes an estimate, or adds repair work
  • Sends an invoice, takes a payment, or settles a claim

Never does

  • Promise an arrival time, route, coverage, or final cost
  • Diagnose a vehicle or call a repair safe
  • Dispatch a driver with outdated hours, qualifications, or location
  • Show an unknown or failed recall lookup as clear

Sensitive actions wait for your approval by default. Every decision is logged.

Questions shops, tow companies, and fleets ask

Can Omni send a truck or text a customer without me?

Not by default. Assigning and sending wait for your approval, with the reason and the exact change shown. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.

Will it tell customers when the truck will arrive?

It drafts the text and you approve it. The AI is built not to promise an arrival time, a route, coverage, or a final cost. An arrival time is shown as an estimate.

Does the AI diagnose the vehicle or decide a repair is safe?

No. A qualified technician diagnoses and decides. The AI drafts the estimate for an advisor to sign off, and added work needs new customer approval.

What counts as proof of work?

Whatever the job's template requires, such as photos with time and location, a signed inspection, or scan reports. A work order cannot close while required proof is missing, unless a person approves an exception.

Which systems does it connect to?

We connect your Gmail, Google Calendar, Twilio, QuickBooks, Stripe, and e-signature accounts during setup, and CSV records can be imported. We set up AI phone answering too: Mia answers on your own number and drafts text-backs for you to approve. Parts catalogs, insurer submission portals, and fleet location feeds use your partner credentials; we connect and set them up with you as part of a Custom Build or Enterprise (talk to a person) on /pages/pricing.

Is Auto and transport available now?

Tell us what you run. We configure the workspace and your approval rules with you during setup. Talk to a person.

Does it work for roadside calls and moving companies?

Yes for roadside and towing: an AI employee turns each call into a job for you to approve. Moving companies dispatch like fleets and can ask for access.
