How it works

  1. 01

We set up one job and connect your tools

On a 20 minute call, we pick the job that costs you the most time. We bring in your client records from a spreadsheet and connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks.

  2. 02

Your AI employees read records and prepare drafts

AI employee Mia and AI employee Olivia chase missing client documents, AI employee Sam drafts filing deadline reminders, and AI employee Nora matches bank lines to the books. Each draft shows the source record and the proposed action.

  3. 03

You review and approve before anything goes out

You check each draft on your phone or desktop, edit a word if needed, and tap approve. Every decision is logged.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

Reads and prepares. Nothing leaves the firm.

  • Reads engagement letters, client files, and deadlines
  • Drafts reminders, letters, and fee quotes for review
  • Flags what is unsigned, missing, or due this week
  • Prepares the weekly briefing and the close checklist

Waits for your approval

Anything that sends, spends, signs, or changes.

  • Sends a reminder or any message to a client
  • Sends an engagement letter or a fee quote
  • Sends an invoice, or changes a payment plan or balance
  • Posts or changes an entry in the books

Never does

Limits for finance.

  • Give regulated financial advice
  • Make an eligibility decision
  • Ask clients for account secrets by voice
  • Sign, file, certify, or charge on its own

Sensitive actions wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own.

Always needs a partner sign-off

  • Replies to IRS notices
  • Drafts or changes to a tax return or financial statement
  • Changes to an engagement letter or its fees
  • Any movement on a client trust account
  • Payment plans and write-downs
  • Responses to a complaint or a negative review
  • Changes to the security plan, or a new AI vendor

Every action is logged, and sending waits for your approval. We scope regulated work case by case, and your business stays responsible for its own compliance. See how we test it on Security

Questions accounting and advisory firms ask

Does the AI give tax or financial advice?

No. AI employees read records and prepare drafts, and are built not to give regulated financial advice or make eligibility decisions. Your CPA reviews tax, financial, and advisory drafts, and your firm stays responsible for its professional judgment.

Can it sign engagement letters or file for us?

No. It drafts engagement letters and fee quotes for partner sign-off, and sending waits for your approval. It is built not to sign, file or certify for you. E-signature is available, and signing stays with the people who sign today.

Will it change our books?

Not on its own. It suggests bank-to-ledger matches and sorts close exceptions, and posting or changing a balance waits for your approval. We connect your QuickBooks account for your accounting workflow, and the Accounting Control Tower is a separate module the Omni team switches on.

Does it screen clients for identity or sanctions?

We connect your identity and sanctions screening provider during setup. A person reviews the screening results and decides whether to clear a client. Onboarding collects documents and consent and flags what is missing, but does not clear a client.

Where does client data live, and who can see it?

Each business's data is logically separated from other businesses' data and protected by role-based access. Connections use HTTPS, and the credentials you connect and the backups are encrypted. Our in-house security team runs penetration and prompt injection tests on staging before anything goes live. We claim no certification today. Read the security page.

Can AI employees handle client requests?

They read each request, prepare the reply or document, and wait for partner or manager approval. Reminders, billing follow-up and due dates work the same way.
