Transactions

Keep the transaction checklist with the deal

AI employee Sam checks the document list and drafts the packet for review. Your team decides what is complete and sends it.

14 days on sample data. No credit card. Calls, texts, and email are simulated.

The problem

Three apps, one deal: the contract in one, the signatures in another, the inspection date on a sticky note.

How a transaction moves from offer to signed

Dana records the accepted offer on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. AI employee Sam opens the transaction room, reads the participants and the checklist, and lists what the packet needs: the purchase agreement, the seller disclosure, and the lead paint notice. It fills the broker-approved agreement form from the record.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Opens the transaction and lists the documents the packet needs
  • Fills broker-approved forms from the record
  • Drafts the signature packet in signing order
  • Creates deadline tasks and flags what is missing

Waits for your approval

  • Sending a packet for signature
  • Creating or changing a deadline task
  • Sharing a document with a client
  • Moving the transaction to the next stage

Never does

  • Sign for anyone
  • Supply a legal form: your brokerage brings its own, reviewed forms
  • Move earnest money or any funds

Sending, spending and changing records wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.

For leasing teams and property managers

A lease moves through the same room: application approved, lease form filled from the record, signing order set, move-in date and first rent on the task list. The same rules apply: a person sends, a person signs, no money moves.

Frequently asked questions

Is e-signature live?
E-signature is in testing today. It runs through your own e-signature tool as a custom setup: we connect your account with you, and the packet goes out only after your approval.
Where do the forms come from?
From your brokerage. Omni does not supply legal forms. You upload your reviewed forms to the form library, and a person other than the uploader approves each one before an agent can use it.
How do deadline reminders reach the agent?
As tasks inside Omni, with a reminder before the date and an overdue flag after it. Your setup includes reminder texts and emails to agents and clients, and every message waits for your approval before it is sent.
Who can see the transaction room?
Staff with the role you give them, and clients only through a portal grant for the exact documents you share. A participant label such as buyer or lender grants no access by itself.
Can it track a rental or a management agreement?
Yes. The same room runs a lease or a management agreement, with the lease form, the signing order, and the move-in date on the checklist.
