Broker reports

The Friday brokerage report, with a record behind every number

Nora builds the week from your own records: leads by source, first-response times, showings, transactions by stage, closings, and gross commission with the splits. Every number links to its record, and a number it cannot source says Unavailable. You approve the email before it goes to the office leads.

The problem

Every Friday someone pulls four spreadsheets and still cannot say which lead source paid for itself.

How the broker weekly report is built

Nora reads the lead board, the showings calendar, the transaction board, and the closings for the week of October 5. It counts 23 new leads by source, 9 showings, 2 new contracts, and 1 closing, and reads the commission split on the closing from the transaction record.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Reads leads, showings, transactions, and closings from your records
  • Counts by source, stage, and agent
  • Reads commission splits from the transaction record
  • Marks any number it cannot source as Unavailable, with the reason

Waits for your approval

  • Sending the report
  • Changing a saved report
  • Adding a figure that needs an accounting sync
  • Sharing a report outside the office

Never does

  • Estimate a number it cannot source
  • Report net income: Omni shows commission and splits, not expenses or taxes
  • Change a transaction or commission record

Sending, spending and changing records wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.

For team leads and single agents

A team lead gets the same report for their team. A single agent gets a personal week: leads, replies, showings, and pipeline, with the same rule that every number has a record behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the numbers come from?
From the lead board, the calendar, the transaction board, and the closing records in your workspace. Each figure links to the record behind it. Commission figures come from the split rows on each closed transaction.
What does Unavailable mean on a report?
That Nora could not source the number. Average speed to lead needs a time-stamped first reply from a connected channel; a reply typed in by hand does not count. Net operating income needs accounting data. Nora says why rather than guessing.
Can it show lead-source return on spend?
We connect your marketing spend sources during setup and build your return-on-spend report. Every figure needs a source record; Nora marks missing figures Unavailable rather than guessing.
Does it send every Friday on its own?
No. We set up your weekly report schedule for you, so Nora prepares the draft on your schedule and you approve each send.
Is this a replacement for my accountant?
No. Nora reports what the records show: leads, showings, contracts, closings, gross commission, and splits. Expenses, taxes, and net income stay with your books and your accountant.
