Reactivation

Thirty-eight quiet leads, and one check-in each after your approval

Reggie reads the leads with no activity in 90 days and drafts one check-in per lead in the agent's name. You approve the batch. We build consent checks and reactivation tags into your workspace as part of your setup, and you review and approve every batch before anything is sent.

The problem

Four hundred old leads sit in a spreadsheet. Nobody calls them, and nobody knows who agreed to hear from the office.

How this is designed to work

When you ask, Reggie reads the lead board and finds 38 leads with no message, showing, or note in 90 days. It counts 11 who never agreed to hear from Harbor & Pine or who opted out, and 4 that another agent is working this week, and leaves them out.

What runs alone and what waits for you

Does on its own

  • Finds leads with no activity in the period you set
  • Flags opt-outs and consent records on every lead using the checklist we set up, before a person checks consent on the batch
  • Leaves out leads another agent is actively working
  • Drafts one check-in per lead in the agent's name

Waits for your approval

  • Sending the batch
  • Reassigning a quiet lead to another agent
  • Changing a lead stage
  • Adding a lead to a campaign

Never does

  • Message anyone who did not agree to hear from you
  • Pitch a listing to a lead by neighborhood, family status, or any protected trait
  • Send a check-in on its own

Sending, spending and changing records wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.

For past clients and sphere check-ins

We build past-client reactivation rules to match how you work: Reggie checks the consent record, leaves out anyone in a live deal, and drafts a check-in in the agent's name for you to approve before it is sent. You approve each batch.

Frequently asked questions

How does Reggie know who gave consent?
We set up consent verification on your lead records so Reggie checks the consent status on each lead before you approve the batch. The record can be a form the lead filled in, a text they replied to, or a note your agent saved.
Will it message a lead another agent is working?
Your setup includes active deal exclusions, so Reggie leaves out leads another agent is working and you approve the final list. You review the batch before approving it.
Can I import an old spreadsheet of leads?
We set up your real estate lead imports with duplicate record checks to match how your team manages contacts. We review your old records with you during setup.
Does it credit the lead to Omni?
Yes. We set this up for you: a reactivation tag marks leads reactivated through Omni so your team can track them. The check-in and its reply are logged on the lead.
Is this a drip campaign?
No. One check-in per lead, from a real agent, with the agent's name on it. If the lead replies, Reggie drafts the next step for that agent to approve. If they do not, nothing else is sent unless you ask.
