Restaurant review replies from your shift notes
AI employee Reggie drafts the reply from your house notes. Your manager checks it and posts it.
14 days on sample data. No credit card. Calls, texts, and email are simulated.

Plain replies written from your house notes, approved by you
A good restaurant review reply thanks the guest, names a real detail from their visit, and answers any complaint calmly without sounding like a corporate script. In Omni Studio, AI employee Reggie drafts the reply from your menu and shift notes so your manager can edit or approve every word before you post it. Omni Studio does not send automatic restaurant review requests to guests and does not claim a direct connection to review platforms.
Check your last five guest reviews in under five minutes
Open the last five public reviews your restaurant received and run this four step check on your own records:
- Count the unanswered reviews: Count how many of your last five reviews have no owner or manager reply today.
- Check the reply timing: On the reviews that do have a reply, count how many days passed between the guest's post and your response.
- Check for copy and paste wording: Look at your last three replies side by side and check whether they repeat the exact same sentence to every guest.
- Check how a complaint was handled: On any review under four stars, check whether the reply addressed the specific dish or wait time mentioned by the guest and invited them back plainly.
This check only looks at your public replies. It does not measure dining room traffic or claim lost revenue.
Weak and strong review reply example
Example of a generic reply
Thanks for the review. We work hard to provide great food and service and hope to see you again soon.

Example of a specific reply
Thank you for having Friday dinner with us and for your note on the braised short rib. You are right that our host stand backed up at 7:15 p.m. while we turned two large party tables, and we have adjusted our Friday seating spacing with the floor team. We appreciate you dining with us and hope to welcome you back next month.

AI employee Reggie drafts the reply, and your manager approves it
When you start with Omni Studio, we set up AI employee Reggie with your house rules, menu details, and manager sign off style. When your staff brings a guest review into the workspace, AI employee Reggie drafts a plain reply on a card where your manager chooses Edit, Reject, or Approve. Nothing goes out until you approve it. Limit: Omni Studio does not send automatic restaurant review requests and does not publish directly to third party review sites. Because every kitchen runs catering deposits, reservations, and shift handoffs differently, custom workflows belong to Custom Build or Enterprise, while the Pilot includes one employee and one skill with setup help. See the plans for plan details.
Free 14-day workspace, no credit card. Runs on sample data with simulated calls, texts, and email, and daily limits.
