Open houses
Fourteen people signed in on Sunday. You approve every follow-up note
We build a QR sign-in page with a consent checkbox into your workspace as part of your setup, or the hosting agent can record visitors directly in the workspace. Cody drafts one follow-up note per visitor for approval.

The sign-in sheet from Sunday's open house sat in the car until Wednesday. By then two of the buyers had made offers somewhere else.
How this is designed to work
Nate hosts the open house at 82 Maple Avenue and records each visitor on the sign-in list in the workspace: name, email or phone, and whether they agreed to hear from Harbor & Pine. After the open house, Cody reads the list and sets aside the two who did not agree to be contacted.

What runs alone and what waits for you
Does on its own
- Reads the sign-in list on the open house record
- Counts the sign-ins that agreed to be contacted
- Leaves out anyone who did not agree to hear from you
- Drafts one follow-up per visitor with the disclosure link
Waits for your approval
- Sending the follow-up batch
- Creating a lead from a sign-in
- Booking a private showing
- Assigning a visitor to an agent
Never does
- Contact a visitor who did not agree to it
- Steer a visitor by neighborhood, family status, or any protected trait
- Promise a price, terms, or that an offer will be accepted
Sending, spending and changing records wait for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, may run on its own, and every decision is logged.
For broker opens and new-development previews
A broker open follows the same steps with agents instead of buyers on the list. A preview event with a waitlist uses the showing waitlist in the workspace, and Cody drafts the invitations for approval.
