Data deletion instructions

X Growth by Omni Studio ("X Growth") is a tool that Omni Studio Inc. uses to manage the Instagram and Facebook accounts of Omni Studio and its brands. It connects to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's APIs. This page explains how to ask us to delete data that X Growth collected about you.

What X Growth collects

When you comment on a post, or send a message to an account that X Growth manages, we may store:

  • your Instagram or Facebook user ID and username
  • the text of your comment or message, and when you sent it
  • our replies to you, including private replies sent after a comment

We do not collect your password, and we do not post anything on your behalf.

How to ask us to delete your data

  1. Email team@omni.studio with the subject line "Data deletion".
  2. Include your Instagram username or Facebook profile name, and the account you talked to (for example, the brand's Instagram handle). This lets us find your records.
  3. We confirm that we received your request within 3 business days.

What we delete, and when

Within 30 days of your request, we delete every comment, message, reply and user ID that X Growth stored about you from our systems and backups. We email you when the deletion is done.

We may keep a record that a deletion request was made (your username and the date) when the law requires it. We keep nothing else.

Deleting data from X Growth does not delete comments or messages that are still visible on Instagram or Facebook. You can delete those yourself in the apps.

Remove X Growth's access

If you connected an account to X Growth yourself, you can remove its access at any time:

  • Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → find "X Growth by Omni Studio" → Remove.
  • Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find "X Growth by Omni Studio" → Remove.

Removing the app stops new data from reaching X Growth. To delete data that was already collected, also email us as described above.
