A Custom Build is for teams that want more than a single preset skill or need multiple AI employees working together across calls, follow-ups, scheduling, documents, and reporting. Where the Pilot plan includes one AI employee with one skill turned on, Custom Build and Enterprise cover custom workflows tailored to how your business already operates. Each AI employee works on its own computer that you can watch, pause, and take over, and every outbound message waits for you to choose "Edit", "Reject", or "Approve and send".

- We check the apps, permissions, and records your workflow needs during setup. 1,500+ apps are available through Composio; a listed app does not confirm every action or a working connection for your account. We review any proposed import before agreeing the workflow.
- You test on sample data first. Before a single live customer record is touched, you run the workflow on simulated calls, texts, and email to verify every draft and rule.
- You approve every send. In daily use, your AI employees prepare the drafts, checklists, and board updates, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Hard limits
- Never sends an email, text, or calendar invite to a customer or lead without your approval.
- Never assigns a real estate lead, dispatches a service truck, or confirms a catering order on its own.
- Never invents prices, contract terms, menu items, or availability outside the rules you set.
- Never locks your records away; your customer, lead, job, and invoice data stays exportable in your workspace.
