Each commission waits 60 days for refunds and card disputes. Then we pay it to your bank account through Stripe on the 15th of the next month.
What you earn
You earn 20% of what each business you refer pays for its plan, for its first 12 paid months. A business counts as yours when it starts a free workspace within 90 days of clicking your link.

Rules every partner follows
They protect the owners you refer and keep the program fair. Michael Stew sends the full program terms with your approval.
- Say that you earn a commission, in the post or video itself, before the link. The FTC requires it (Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255).
- Describe Omni the way our website does. Don't promise results, savings or revenue.
- No search ads on "Omni Studio" or our AI employees' names, and no domains or social handles that use them.
- No coupon, deal or cashback sites. No calls or texts to owners about Omni, and email only people who agreed to hear from you.
- No commission on your own business or a business you own part of.
Questions partners ask
Do I need to be an Omni Studio customer?
No. We do suggest you open the free workspace first, so you know what you are recommending.
How do you know a customer came from me?
Your link saves a cookie for 90 days. If the owner starts a free workspace in that time, the workspace is tied to you, and you get credit when they start paying within 180 days of the sign-up.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits 60 days after the customer's payment. We pay on the 15th of each month once your balance is $50 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
What happens if a customer cancels or gets a refund?
Your commission stops when the customer stops paying. A refunded or disputed payment comes off your balance.
What about taxes?
Partners in the US fill in a Form W-9 before the first payout. We send a Form 1099-NEC when your payments for the year reach the IRS reporting threshold. You are an independent partner. Omni does not employ you.
Can I join from outside the United States?
Our customers are American businesses, and we pay US partners first. Apply and tell us your country. We will reply with what we can offer.
I run an agency. Should I refer clients or run their workspace?
If the client pays us and runs the workspace, refer them and earn the commission. If you run the workspace and bill the client yourself, take the agency price of 20% off. One or the other for each client.
Can I give my audience a discount code?
Every partner gets a unique code. An owner who signs up through a partner's link or code gets one free month: the first monthly plan payment is waived. The free month earns no commission, because no plan payment is made.
